The Terrace is the farthest north location in Myth, filled with mountains and the royal palace itself, which is nestled in a valley between seven mountains, where an eighth may have once been.
The Terrace was once a mountainous, hostile region, and one of the most unexplored places of Myth. Those who at the time dared to delve into the secrets of the Terrace reportedly saw a valley surrounded by eight mountains, and at the center of it a feeling of profound honor, goodness, and a sense of Fate. However, over the years the Terrace changed, and soon became a place of great fortune, though still hostile in some places, shining white in others. The eighth mountain later was gone due to an unknown reason, and the Royal Palace was built in its place in a valley surrounded by seven mountains.
